These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the retail services provided by Aura & Essence, a trading name of Stuart Okoma Ltd (“the Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By shopping at our store located at Unit 3/ 75 Victoria Street, Cambridge, New Zealand (“Store”), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.

We endeavor to display accurate descriptions and images of our products. However, we do not warrant that the descriptions or images are completely accurate, complete, or error-free.

All prices are listed in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change our prices at any time without notice.

Product availability is subject to change without notice. In the event that a product is unavailable after purchase, we will contact you promptly to arrange an alternative or issue a refund.
3. Ordering and Payment
3.1 Placing an Order
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase under these Terms. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspected fraud.
3.2 Payment
Payment for products can be made by cash, credit/debit card, or any other accepted payment method at the time of purchase. By providing your payment information, you confirm that you are authorized to use the designated payment method.
3.3 Order Confirmation
An order confirmation will be provided via email if you supply your email address. This confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, but rather acknowledges receipt of your order.
4. Delivery, Pick-Up, and Collection
4.1 Delivery Options
For online orders (if applicable), delivery arrangements will be made as described at the time of purchase. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
4.2 Store Pick-Up
Customers may choose to pick up products in-store. The customer will be notified when their order is ready for collection. Please bring a copy of your order confirmation and a valid ID when collecting your order.
4.3 Risk and Title
Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery or collection from our Store. Title to the goods transfers upon full payment and delivery.
5. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges
5.1 Consumer Rights
Under New Zealand consumer law, you are entitled to a remedy if a product is defective, not as described, or does not do what it is meant to do. This section does not affect your statutory rights.
5.2 Returns and Exchanges
If you wish to return or exchange an item, please contact us at contact@auraandessence.co.nz or speak to a store representative within 7 days of purchase. Items must be in their original condition with all tags attached.
5.3 Refunds
Refunds will be processed using the original method of payment once the item has been returned and inspected. Please allow up to 7 to 10 working business days for the refund to be processed.
5.4 Non-Returnable Items
Certain items (e.g., personalized products, clearance items) may be non-returnable. Any exceptions will be clearly noted at the time of purchase.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Stuart Okoma Ltd regarding your use of our retail services and supersede all prior agreements or understandings.
